Service Overview

PCC is currently delivering a comprehensive tenant improvement project in Surrey, transforming an 8,000 sq ft office space previously occupied by multiple businesses into one modern, unified workplace. Following a series of business acquisitions, the client required a complete reconfiguration of the existing layout to better support their growing operations. Our team redesigned the floor plan to improve workflow, maximize usable space, and create a more collaborative working environment. The renovation includes new interior finishes, upgraded lighting, custom workspace layouts, and complete mechanical and electrical improvements, resulting in a professional office designed for long-term functionality and future growth.
